# Glossary

> Reference for the terms used throughout HBX Self Serve.

Quick reference for the language used throughout the Self Serve App.

  <Accordion title="Package">
    A bundle of placements sold together to boost your property's visibility.
    There are three tiers — **Core**, **Core+** and **Premium** — each including
    a different mix of sponsored listings, banners and source markets.

  <Accordion title="Timeline">
    How long a campaign runs, set on the **Select package** step. Choosing
    **2+ Months** applies a 25% discount to qualifying campaigns.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Source market">
    A market your display advertising is shown in. Each package includes a set
    number; you can add more for €500 each.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Sponsored listing">
    A placement that positions your hotel within search results. **First Page**
    features you on the first page through rotating placements; **Top Position**
    gives you the first spot on the first page.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Display advertising">
    Banner placements shown across the network in your chosen source markets —
    including the Core Tile and Premium Banner bundled with the higher tiers.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Add-on">
    An optional extra you switch on during **Customisation** — additional source
    markets (€500 each) or the **Email Banner** (€1,000).
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Email Banner">
    An add-on that increases the visibility of your property in your main target
    markets through email placements.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="New Addition">
    A flag you can set on the **Select hotel** step if your property qualifies.
    Check eligibility with your account manager.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Campaign">
    A single promotion for one hotel, built through the five-step wizard and
    made up of a package, source markets, any add-ons, a name and a start date.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Pay by invoice">
    The payment method for self-serve orders. Payment is collected via invoice
    after you submit your order — no card details are taken in the Self Serve App.
